| The information management program aims to improve the use of information systems in practices. The focus of the activity is associated with the use of clinical packages to improve patient care and management. |
| Services to members include: |
- on-site training and assistance for GPs and their practice staff in the use of clinical packages and clinical audit tools;
- the writing of templates for clinical packages;
- supporting the Chronic Disease Initiatives, Enhanced Primary Care, Medication Management and Immunisation programs; and
- assistance with issues associated with data security and privacy.
